Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in Lighting Salesand/or related industries, experience to works withInterior Designers, Developers is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tobuild rapport with customers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment
  • Basic + commission + allowance (discussed further during the interview), 5 days, hybrid work arrangement
