The Curtain Boutique is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive or Senior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our Ubi office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting duties, playing a key role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of our growing business.
- Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Providing support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assisting with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets and financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards in Singapore
- Good knowledge of Xero Accounting & Corporate Taxation is an added advantage
