Job summary
A healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage business development and alliance projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. The position involves supporting senior management and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Verbal proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a coordinator role within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Consulting and/or investment banking experience is welcome.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail required.
- Proactive approach to communication with stakeholders.
- Verbal and written proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager for BD and alliance projects.
- Manage BD and alliance CRM system.
- Support senior BD team member on projects.

- Support administrative tasks for BD team members.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as project manager for BD and alliance projects, including project file organizing on cloud drive, and project record/log keeping on shared notebook
- Manage BD and alliance CRM system, including business contact info, interaction log
- Support senior BD team member on projects, with tasks including market research, product assessment, proposal drafting, and contract negotiation
- Play key role in internal communication, including routine report drafting for company OA system, monthly management meeting material preparation, etc
- Support administrative tasks for BD team members, including managing calendars, arranging logistics and expenses, etc
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
- Prior experience in a coordinator role within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is preferred.
- Consulting and/or investment banking experience is welcome, particularly those with a background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related sectors, given the valuable analytical, strategic, and communication skills it brings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and a keen interest in data analytics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and support senior management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, in a structured and well-organized fashion
- Proactive approach in communicating and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Verbal and written proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
