  • Manage the team's objectives and contributions to budget.
  • Communicate with leadership on new offerings and operational issues.
  • Work with catering operations team for seamless event execution.
  • Monitor account revenue and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Review direct competition and market changes.
  • Prepare monthly catering and room forecasts.
  • Attend events to network with clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of catering agreements.
  • Provide clear event details to meet client expectations.
  • Manage team's catering budget contributing to hotel's revenue.
  • Grow existing business and pursue new leads.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required.
