Qualifications

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in SEM, Social, and Display / Programmatic.
  • Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and digital performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and optimise SEM, Social, and Programmatic / Display campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and troubleshoot account issues.
  • Prepare insights-driven performance reports monthly / quarterly.
  • Develop multi-channel media strategies and recommendations.
  • Identify new opportunities aligned with market KPIs.
  • Present campaign performance and media strategies to stakeholders.

Dart Solutions is recruiting for an Associate Manager / Manager (Performance Marketing & Media) for a digital media advertising company Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced agency environments and has hands‑on expertise across Search, Social, and Programmatic performance campaigns.

About the Role

You will lead multi‑channel performance campaigns end‑to‑end from planning and execution to optimisation, insights, and client communication. This role requires strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360, with the ability to drive measurable performance and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimise SEM, Social, and Programmatic / Display campaigns
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and troubleshoot account issues
  • Prepare insights‑driven performance reports (monthly / quarterly)
  • Develop multi‑channel media strategies and recommendations
  • Identify new opportunities aligned with market KPIs
  • Present campaign performance and media strategies to stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and client units
  • Create best practices, case studies, and campaign learnings
Requirements
  • 4+ years hands‑on experience in SEM, Social, and Display / Programmatic
  • Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform : SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager
  • 3+ years experience specifically in Google Ads & Search Ads 360
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and digital performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
  • Strong attention to detail; able to work in fast‑paced environments
  • Completed certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, YouTube, GDN (preferred)
  • Prior media agency experience highly preferred
  • A proactive, curious, and solutions‑oriented mindset
