Job summary

A healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage business development and alliance projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. The position involves supporting senior management and collaboration within cross-functional teams. Verbal proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a coordinator role within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Consulting and/or investment banking experience is welcome.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail required.
  • Proactive approach to communication with stakeholders.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as project manager for BD and alliance projects, including project file organizing on cloud drive, and project record/log keeping on shared notebook
  • Manage BD and alliance CRM system, including business contact info, interaction log
  • Support senior BD team member on projects, with tasks including market research, product assessment, proposal drafting, and contract negotiation
  • Play key role in internal communication, including routine report drafting for company OA system, monthly management meeting material preparation, etc
  • Support administrative tasks for BD team members, including managing calendars, arranging logistics and expenses, etc
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a coordinator role within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Consulting and/or investment banking experience is welcome, particularly those with a background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related sectors, given the valuable analytical, strategic, and communication skills it brings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and a keen interest in data analytics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and support senior management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, in a structured and well-organized fashion
  • Proactive approach in communicating and working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Verbal and written proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
