What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Development Manager based in Singapore, you will be at the forefront of driving growth by connecting major multinational organisations with innovative travel management solutions. Your day-to-day will involve crafting strategic approaches to identify new prospects, nurturing relationships at every level from C-suite executives to procurement teams, and guiding them through the entire sales process.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the corporate travel sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to attract and win over major multinational clients seeking smarter travel solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach through relationship nurturing to successful deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout.
  • Represent the organisation as an ambassador during client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and industry events with senior decision-makers across various sectors.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate value propositions and address client needs in an engaging manner.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Bid Management, Account Management, and subject matter experts to craft winning proposals and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Leverage Salesforce to analyse data-driven insights that inform strategy adjustments and enhance overall performance in line with market trends.
