  • Source and secure industrial scraps containing precious metals like gold and silver within Singapore’s vibrant market.
  • Evaluate purchase opportunities with a focus on cost efficiency to drive profitability.
  • Develop compelling proposals for customers, with training provided on precious metal calculation methods.
  • Stay informed by monitoring industry trends and conducting competitor analysis to understand market dynamics.
  • Identify areas for improvement in services, pinpoint business opportunities, and recognize potential risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow existing accounts.
  • Ensure seamless transactions by documenting and tracking trade deals, guaranteeing timely delivery of metals and payment collection.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new customers to explore fresh business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating the CRM system with supplier information, business leads, and follow-up details.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on activities, targets, and performance in the Business Development Group Chat and CRM system.
