Job summary
A global logistics consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking a client-focused Director/Senior Manager, Regional Sales to drive market share growth in air and ocean freight. The candidate will lead end-to-end sales cycles and collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive logistics solutions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding are required. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales strategies and mentor a team, contributing significantly to client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding, especially in air and ocean freight.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.

- Prospect, acquire, and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from outreach to onboarding.
- Partner with operations, customer service, and compliance teams for service excellence.

We are partnering with a global logistics company to hire a client-focused Director/Senior Manager, Regional Sales to drive market share growth in air and ocean freight across key industries. In this role, you will own a strategic client portfolio, develop new business through consultative selling, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, end-to-end logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, customs broking, warehousing, and ground transportation.
- Prospect, acquire, and grow relationships with new and existing clients in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, and industrial goods.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach and solution design to negotiation and onboarding, specialising in air and ocean freight.
- Partner closely with operations, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure service excellence and rapid issue resolution.
- Analyse market trends and client needs to tailor value-added logistics solutions that drive retention and wallet share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
