Job summary

A leading beverages company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to support the deployment of global brand strategies across APAC. The role includes coordinating regional campaigns, providing insights on competitors, and consolidating performance highlights. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and have at least a year of experience in brand management within the alcoholic beverages sector. Knowledge of Japanese will be advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of Marketing/Brand Management experience in alcoholic beverages.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is preferred.

  • Act as the primary coordination point between APAC and the Japan team.

Job description
Position Mission

To support the successful deployment of global brand strategies across APAC by assessing market needs, identifying when localization is required and guiding the optimal balance between global content and local relevance.

The incumbent enables consistent high-quality execution across markets by Role.

Responsibilities
  • Support the rollout of global brand campaign and toolkits across APAC markets
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for country teams regarding asset needs, clarifications, timelines or deployment queries
  • Consolidate and circulate updates on campaign progress, asset availability and upcoming launch
  • Develop and maintain post‑campaign template and reporting formats for markets
  • Consolidate market submissions into regional performance summaries
  • Identifying key insights and optimization opportunities
  • Track competitors’ activities and category trends to support annual brand planning
  • Compile APAC best practice sharing into bi‑monthly highlight decks
Brand Lead
  • Provide support in regional specific project (Hibiki LNY campaign and Kakubin XD work)
  • Act as the primary coordination point for all information, inputs and materials required from/to the Japan team
  • Track responses and ensure follow‑through, routing answers, assets or approvals back to relevant stakeholders in APAC loops that strengthen brand performance regionally
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Strategy
  • Ability to speak and read Japanese would be highly preferred
  • 1 year of Marketing/Brand Management experience in alcoholic beverages
