Position Overview

The Business Development Manager drives revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role requires a proactive commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to strategically position the company’s offerings to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue across targeted markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, TA, Finance, Marketing) to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and business insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in recruitment services/ recruitment agency background).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
