A Singapore-based metal fabrication company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sectors such as Electronic Equipment Manufacturing or Clean Energy, strong B2B sales skills, and excellent communication abilities. We are a metal fabrication SME and are seekingan experienced Sales Manager to lead and control our Sales Team & Staff.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing salesstrategies to achieve sales targets, expanding our global network, andgenerating new leads. The Sales Manager will align with the company's directionand contribute to Sale growth and success of our business.
- 3-5 years experience in either Electronic EquipmentManufacturing, Clean Energy, AI business Sector development.
- Minimum QualificationBusiness or Marketing Diploma
- Ability to handle SalesStaff under your care
- Understand Product Costingagainst Sales Impact.
- Excellent writtenand oral communication skills
- Experience inbusiness-to-business (B2B) sales
- Excellent time management,prioritization skills and self-independent at work.
- 5 days work week and able to complete dailypriority work within the day.
