Position: Sales/Senior Sales Manager - HVAC Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales/Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales initiatives within the HVAC sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong technical foundation and proven ability to influence specifications in large-scale building projects. You will also be engaged with the engineering consultants on technical delivery and consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specification Leadership: Drive inclusion of HVAC solutions in consultant specifications and tender documents for new builds and retrofit projects.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with M&E consultants, design firms, and regulatory authorities to position products as preferred solutions.
  • Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within consultant networks and industry stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to ensure proactive engagement.
  • Technical Advocacy: Deliver compelling technical presentations and training sessions on energy-efficient HVAC technologies to consultants and decision-makers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • 8+ years of experience in HVAC or building services, with a strong track record in engaging engineering consultants and specification work.
  • Deep understanding of HVAC systems, ventilation design, and energy efficiency standards.
  • Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
