Job summary
A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to provide YouTube support to major partners across South Asia. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of technical project management experience, and be fluent in Vietnamese and English. In this role, you will streamline partner operations, consult with internal stakeholders, and drive product solutions to enhance partner experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
- Proactive approach to suggestions and innovations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for premium partners on the YouTube platform.
- Consult internal stakeholders on YouTube product insights.
- Identify key metrics for data evaluation.
- Contribute to scaling partner operations through innovation.
