- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or sales.
- Strong knowledge of Shopee and Lazada platforms.

- Prepare product listings for e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Manage customer inquiries and comments on various platforms.

We are looking for an E-commerce Sales Executive to be part of our Ecommerce Team.
- Prepare and upload product listings, including content, for various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Facebook, etc., in Singapore.
- Maintain and ensure all product information, such as pricing and inventory, is up to date and available for sale.
- Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns through web chat, phone, and email.
- Manage eCommerce customer comments and reviews on social media.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Consolidate sales performance data from each platform for reporting and recommendations.
- Handle logistics-related matters and daily operations of the e-commerce business.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Shopee and Lazada platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- High initiative and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus, but not required.
