A leading cybersecurity firm in Singapore seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive net-new cybersecurity revenue across Southeast Asia. This role is characterized by independent hunting for new business and requires deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and executive-level engagement. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in cybersecurity sales, a proven track record of closing complex deals, and familiarity with major vendor solutions like Palo Alto and Fortinet. Competitive package and high autonomy offered.
A senior sales leader responsible for net-new cybersecurity revenue across Southeast Asia. This is a pure hunter role with minimal internal support, requiring someone who can independently identify, pursue, structure, and close complex cybersecurity deals across enterprise and public sector environments. The remit covers Threat Detection & Response, Cloud and Network Security, Managed Security Services (SOC, SIEM/SOAR), Zero Trust, and hybrid cloud security architectures.
This is an end-to-end pursuit role: from outbound prospecting and account penetration, through qualification, solution shaping, commercial structuring, and final contract execution. Success demands deep enterprise solution selling, strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders under high-stakes buying cycles.
Drive the entire sales cycle independently. Prospect, qualify, build pipeline, shape opportunities, negotiate commercials, and close multi-million security engagements across regulated and high-risk sectors.
Target strategic accounts, lead complex pursuits, and manage all commercial motions. Maintain tight forecast discipline, opportunity hygiene, and MEDDIC-aligned governance.
Act as a trusted subject matter expert across SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, Cloud and Network Security, Zero Trust frameworks, Threat Intelligence, and IT/OT security. Work with presales only where necessary to translate requirements into secure, scalable architectures.
Position security investments through business impact, compliance posture, and operational resilience. Quantify risk reduction and elevate security to a board-level priority.
Build senior relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure, and Procurement. Influence strategy, educate on threat landscapes, and serve as a long-term advisor.
Co-sell with leading vendors including Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, IBM, and other ecosystem partners to enhance competitive differentiation and accelerate deal velocity.
Open new logos across verticals such as Healthcare, Smart Cities, Industrial/OT, Hybrid Cloud, and Data Center environments. Represent the organization at regional security events as a thought leader.
Track emerging threats, regional regulations, competitive pricing, and evolving customer priorities. Feed insights into portfolio teams to drive innovation and improve win rates.
Maintain CRM integrity, pipeline accuracy, and structured deal governance. Operate with high autonomy while ensuring full compliance with enterprise sales frameworks.
