To provide preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning service and troubleshooting to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in Life Science and Healthcare environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of new equipment according to Getinge's protocol.
• Perform both routine maintenance and repairs following established protocols (e.g., sterilization efficacy, safety protocols).
• Implementing Field Service Corrective Actions.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure that equipment complies with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Follow the company service protocols and fill out the checklists and service reports as per the company requirement.
• Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an indivisual and of Service department.
• Customer service focus, ensuring that the client is informed about the condition of the equipment and upcoming maintenance needs.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• 3 years working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
• Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
• Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
