Job description

Main Responsibilities:

1. Be part of project team to design, build, and deliver Assembly machines to Pharma / Medical customers.
2. Work in close collaboration with Project Manager during the design and assembly phases of the machine.
3. Create concepts and assembly drawings of automation systems (Pick and Place, gantry robot, fixtures, and jigs) using Autodesk Inventor.
4. Design pneumatic schematics of the automation system (control valves, pneumatic grippers, cylinders, etc.).
5. Collaborate with Debug and Control engineers during the assembly of the machines.
6. Communicate with suppliers (Festo, Keyence, SMC, Bosch) to integrate systems into Mikron Machines.

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and automation industry.
• Proficient with CAD systems (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred).
• Experience with mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Good technical communication skills with engineers and manufacturing personnel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within strict deadlines.
