Job Description
  • Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads.
  • Assist in regionalizing sales efforts by increasing local client visits.
  • Build new strategic relationships by developing sales plans and business strategies.
  • Identify and develop new targets to increase regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions.
  • Follow-up with current customers to increase revenue and freight volume.
  • Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand.
  • Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within the region.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to client visits and customer retention.
  • Conduct market research with sales support teams to grow the sales pipeline.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience selling freight forwarding in the chemical vertical.
  • Knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%.
