Job Title: Regional Treasury Manager (Asia)

Location: Preferred location is Singapore; open to other countries in Asia

Reports to: Corporate Treasurer, BDP International

Position Summary:

PSA BDP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Treasury Manager (Asia) to lead treasury operations across its Asia-based entities. This role will serve as the primary treasury point of contact in the region and ensure efficient cash management, liquidity, and banking operations, aligning with global strategies. The successful candidate will support regional and global treasury initiatives, optimize working capital, and maintain strong internal controls over banking activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the treasury lead for all Asia-based entities, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient funding across the region.
  • Coordinate with regional finance teams to release payments and support working capital optimization.
  • Manage bank account structures, including account opening/closure, signatory management, and control oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate banking resolutions and maintain optimal account coverage and control.
  • Support global bank relationship management in conjunction with global treasury strategy.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives related to global cash management and forecasting.
  • Consolidate and analyze the Global 13-week cash forecast, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Global Treasurer on special projects such as working capital enhancement, intercompany loans, repatriation strategies, cash pooling, and reduction of paper checks across the region.
  • Manage intercompany loan documentation, tracking, and compliance.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of global bank accounts, users across different banking portals, and signatories, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Track and analyze global bank fees, identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure system security for all regional banking systems and dual authorization.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems.
  • Support foreign exchange exposure analysis and other treasury-related special projects.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CTP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of treasury experience, with a strong background in cash forecasting and analysis.
  • Experience in multi-national, multi-entity, and multi-currency organizational environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
  • Experience with global treasury systems and financial ERP platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of building relationships across teams and regions.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
