- Ensure the Field Medical Strategic Plan (FMSP) and field medical activities are prioritized and aligned with the Medical Affairs Strategic Plans.
- Include an Integrated Engagement plan with a balanced ratio of traditional and non-traditional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to inform medical and product strategies.
- Prioritize activities to focus on portfolio priorities.
- Identify and discuss opportunities for strategic, scalable, and sustainable clinical practice transformations that enhance patient access to quality care.
- Leverage digital tools and innovations to develop patient-centric solutions and improve access in healthcare systems.
- Utilize data and dashboards to support decision-making and external engagement.
