Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Site Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for site personnel. Responsibilities include liaising with the main office for procurement and supporting the Project Manager in coordinating site activities. Candidates must have at least 1 year of administrative experience in construction or DSTA clearance handling, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to start immediately. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary up to $3000 plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in construction projects or handling DSTA Clearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities
