Job summary

A leading sustainable agricultural technology company in Singapore is looking for an HR & Accounts Manager to oversee HR and finance functions. The role includes managing recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in FMCG. Strong communication skills and knowledge of Singapore labor laws are essential. About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on HR & Accounts Manager to support our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate will oversee HR and part of Finance functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits administration in compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide HR advisory and handle employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure HR compliance and manage government-related matters (e.g., work passes).
  • Lead finance team in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and taxation matters.
  • Coordinate with the regional office for finance and accounting activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and finance, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.
