Dental Receptionist

Responsibilities
- Handle front counter receptionist duties.
- Answer phone calls.
- Book and schedule appointments.
- Register patients.
- Prepare and dispense medications.
- Handle cash and e-payments.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Scan and file receipts.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and hygiene.
Skills
⚠️ IMPORTANT: MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS
Candidates must be willing to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
👉The weekend day will be determined by the company based on operational needs.
👉 Applicants who are unable to work weekends should not apply.
We are looking for a Full-Time/Contract Receptionist to join our dental clinic. Candidates must be able to start immediately and commit to at least one year or long-term employment.
Candidates may choose between the following options:
- 5.5-day work week with 1.5 rest days per week (required to work one weekend) or
- 5-day work week with 2 rest days per week (required to work both weekends)
👉 Final working hours and schedule will be discussed during the interview.
- Handle front counter receptionist duties
- Answering phone calls
- Booking and scheduling appointments
- Patient registration
- Prepare and dispense medications
- Handle cash payments, e-payments, and NETS transactions
- Perform administrative
- Scanning and filing receipts
- Excel data entry
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Dentist
