Responsibilities
- Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism.
- Assist in organizing logistics for events and programmes.
- Manage payment collection and invoicing.
Skills

- Attend to all customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in organising and managing logistics for enrichment programmes, events, and competitions
- Support administrative and operational tasks within the department and across assigned centres
- Manage payment collection, invoicing, and fee tracking for enrichment programmes, if any
- Able to commit on weekends (5 day work week)
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin (required to liaise with Chinese Enrichment stakeholders and parents)
- Enjoy working with children and in a child-focused environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Proactive, dependable, and confident in handling parent interactions and resolving issues
