5.25-day work week
Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.45pm
Alternate Saturday: 8.45am – 12.45pm
As the Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting executive operations, ensuring effective time management, and enabling strategic decision-making. You’ll be at the heart of communication and coordination between departments, stakeholders, and the CEO’s office.
Executive Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-ups.
Draft presentations, reports, and briefing materials for key discussions.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Prioritize incoming communications and correspondence effectively.
Operational & Administrative
Support strategic and operational initiatives across departments.
Coordinate logistics for board meetings, company events, and senior management sessions.
Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
Manage executive documentation, records, and expense submissions.
Liaise with internal teams to align priorities and ensure follow-through.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for key partners, clients, and vendors.
Maintain and manage the CEO’s professional network and relationships.
Draft and review correspondence, proposals, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
Business Support
Prepare strategy decks, meeting packs, and reports.
Conduct research, compile summaries, and analyze data for decision-making.
Support CEO in tracking KPIs and monitoring execution of projects.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
5–6 years of experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or C-suite leader (automotive or related industry preferred).
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and business collaboration tools.
Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and judgment.
Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.
