• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and data backups
• Collaborate with teams to implement digital solutions and enhancements
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and user issues
• Support cybersecurity measures and IT compliance efforts

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 1 year of IT support or technical experience preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows, basic networking, and security protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
