Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in marine operations preferred.
• Experience handling operational matters with MPA and PSA.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager on all Fleet operational and administrative matters.
• Manage vessel registrations, permits and license renewals.
• Coordinate vessel surveys, inspections and onboard checks.
• Prepare quotations and support chartering activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and process purchase orders.
• Liaise with vessel owners and partners.
• Manage crew rosters and maintain certification records.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience in marine operations

Familiar with tugboat and barge registration & permits

Education

GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma in Maritime Studies
