Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a position focused on safety management systems. The successful applicant will study safety checklists, review procurement documents, conduct briefings, and harmonize safety management systems. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills in order to coordinate visits and briefings. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary plus completion bonus.

• Basic up to $5,000 per month + Completion Bonus (1-month)

Responsibilities

• Study and propose safety checklists for ground use.
• Review clauses in procurement documents to ensure reasonably practicable safety measures are put in place by vendors.
• Conduct new hire briefings and milestone course briefings offsite.
• Consolidate and harmonise different local safety management systems in high-risk divisions.
• Organise and coordinate best practice external visits.
• Support supervisors in the Consultancy Study on Safety Management System.
• Support supervisors to conceptualise and implement a Third-Party Risk Management framework to manage vendors.
• Support supervisors in policy matters.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only.
• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in policy development and safety management systems.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and risk management principles.
• Strong communication skills for conducting briefings and coordinating external visits.
