• Position : Project Manager (M&E / 5.5 Days) – Up to $9,000
• Location : Office at Toa Payoh | Project Site Based
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm | Saturday 8.30am to 12,30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + HP Allowance $100 + Variable Bonus + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the project from tender to completion
• Drawing submission (Check & Oversee)
• Getting material approval (Documentation etc.)
• Manage the Sub Contractor
• Planning & sequencing of work
• Liaise with clients, owners and consultants regarding project requirements and schedules
• Resolve all matters that arises
• Deliver the project on time, with quality and on budget
• Any other relevant experience to successfully deliver the project within time & cost allocation.
• Control budget, manage expenses and cashflow.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience
• At least 1-2 years of related experience in M&E construction industry
• Preferably with proven experiences in leading a team (Team size is around 10~15
• which comprise of Engineers, Supervisors, Safety Coordinators, Drawing Manager,
• Drafters, etc.)
• Well versed in testing & commissioning requirements, preferably in CX T&C
• requirements of Data Centres
