A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a responsible individual to ensure timely deliveries and manage inventory effectively. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience and a class 3 driving license. Responsibilities include submission of purchase orders, and maintaining good housekeeping in the warehouse. Ideal candidates should also possess problem-solving abilities and good communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all deliveries to customers are made on time
Ensure any purchase orders, supplier invoices, and signed delivery orders to customers are submitted to HQ or the respective branch in charge daily to ensure billings are recorded in the system daily
Ensure any cash received should be handed over to branch in charge or head office Finance daily
Picking and packing of goods according to packing list and delivery order, if necessary
Receive and inspect incoming goods, if necessary
Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse
Ensure all inventory under your charge are properly accounted for in the system
Assist in adhoc duties as and when required
At least 1 year related working experience
Driving license class 3
Able to handle heavy goods
Able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment
Problem solving & good communication skills
