A leading administrative services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to provide comprehensive office administrative support within their Central Digital Assurance Division. You will facilitate logistics for audits, manage email queries, and assist with various related tasks over a 1-year contract period. Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and have 3-5 years of experience in community management or event coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Job Scope
  • To provide day-to-day office administrative activities and logistics within the Central Digital Assurance Division to support the auditors and audit managers.
  • Facilitating security and technical clearance for external auditors.
  • Arrange logistics for audit meetings and briefing sessions.
  • Conduct polls via e-mails, collate, analyse and present poll results.
  • Manage replies to audit-related email queries, including collating response into FAQ.
  • Track, verify and process invoices to support the division's financial operations.
  • Assist with Digital Government Platform (DGP) related tasks and initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned e.g. data entry, form filling, data verification, registration for events etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in business administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or program management.
  • Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmes.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis for tracking programme effectiveness.

Working Hours: Discussed with supervisor (42 hrs/week)
