Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a position focused on safety management systems. The successful applicant will study safety checklists, review procurement documents, conduct briefings, and harmonize safety management systems. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong communication skills in order to coordinate visits and briefings. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary plus completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in policy development and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Study and propose safety checklists for ground use.
• Review procurement document clauses for safety measures.
• Conduct new hire and milestone course briefings.
• Consolidate local safety management systems.
• Organize and coordinate best practice visits.
• Support safety management system consultancy studies.
• Help implement third-party risk management frameworks.
• Assist supervisors in policy matters.
