Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR consultant to serve as a liaison for candidates and clients. The role involves developing strong relationships, managing the recruitment process, and engaging in business development. The ideal candidate will have a degree in any field and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Interested applicants should send their resumes via the provided email. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment processes including screening candidates.
- Engage in business development to identify new opportunities.
- Stay informed of market trends in talent management.
- Connect with candidates to build strong pipelines.
Skills
Education
As a HR consultant, you will be responsible for being the liaison for both candidate and client.
It involves business development and networking to attract business from client companies, and reviewing applications for the client.
- Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients and candidatesrecruitment process.
- Manage the full spectrum of the recruitment processes such as screening of candidates, negotiating remuneration packages to meet client and candidate expectations.
- Take ownership in business development and marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends to anticipate talent management trends, providing competitive recruitment solutions to clients ahead of others.
- Connect with both active and passive candidates to build strong pipelines by strategically utilising external and internal databases.
- Degree in any field of studies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
