About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist would be the key conduit to identify the right talent by applying effective recruitment methodologies, and aligning hiring decisions with organizational goals. You will also be providing input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met with a long-term talent strategy in mind.

This role requires a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you’ll often be working closely with leaders across different departments in Singapore and Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and campus channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Support campus recruitment and internship hiring initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment events, career fairs and employer talks

Social Media & Employer Branding:

  • Support content creation for LinkedIn and other social platforms (posts, captions, visuals)
  • Help showcase employee stories, internship experiences and hiring campaigns
  • Track basic engagement metrics and content performance
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional employer brand tone
