Sales Manager – Aluminium & Glass Doors, Gates & Windows
Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our aluminium and glass doors, gates, and windows business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C sales channels, driving project-based sales, cultivating relationships with developers, contractors, and homeowners, and overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers, contractors, interior designers, architects, and property owners.
  • Generate project leads and tender opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and provide technical sales support.
🔹 Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide quotations, product recommendations, and after‑sales support.
  • Handle negotiations, project specifications, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
🔹 Team & Performance Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a small sales team (if applicable).
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and report on KPIs and market trends.
🔹 Product Knowledge & Technical Sales
  • Stay updated on aluminium and glass door, gate, and window product specifications, pricing, and installation methods.
  • Advise clients on product suitability, customization options, and compliance with local building codes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the building materials or aluminium/glass industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C sales and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of aluminium/glass systems, sliding doors, casement windows, bi‑fold doors, tempered glass, etc.
Preferred Attributes
  • Existing network in the construction, interior design, or architectural space.
  • Experience working with tenders, project sales, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to read architectural and M&E drawings is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's construction and renovation regulations is advantageous.
