Job summary
A reputable recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a business development specialist to grow relationships with supermarkets. The role involves monitoring sales data, preparing reports, and coordinating promotions. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience and strong skills in communication and negotiation. A competitive salary between S$5,000-6,000 and commission structure is offered.
Qualifications
- 3 years or above related experience.
- Solid knowledge of modern trade operations and account management.
- Self-motivated and target-focused professional.
Responsibilities
- Business Development to supermarkets.
- Monitor and analyze sales by customer and SKU, propose improvement actions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and store partners.
- Coordinate promotions, launches, and stock management.
- Support in-store promotions and ensure merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory levels and resolve stock issues.
- Gather competitor data and share market insights.
Skills
