A prominent career services firm located in Singapore is seeking a marketing coordinator to oversee various projects and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Marketing or Communications, along with relevant experience. This role offers a contract position for 6 months with a salary up to $3,200. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing support, coordination, or digital content management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe software is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate and support execution of marketing and communication projects.
- Liaise with agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Prepare purchase orders and track invoices.

- Salary: Up to $3,200
- Work Day : 5 Days Work Week
- 6 Months Contract
- Coordinate and support the execution of marketing and communication projects.
- Liaise with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Prepare purchase orders, track invoices, and support procurement documentation.
- Update content on websites and digital platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Adapt and proofread marketing materials, posters, and social media content.
- Assist in simple video editing, resizing visuals, and supporting digital creative requests.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in marketing support, coordination, or digital content management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro will be advantageous.
