Our Client is a growing company and they are looking to hire a sales lead for their Singapore regional office.
Job Summary
Lead and drive revenue growth and market share expansion for product and project sales across SEA and ANZ regions. Manage cross-regional teams to deliver financial targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure operational excellence aligned with compliance and business ethics.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEA and ANZ sales teams to achieve financial commitments including revenue, working capital, and productivity targets
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to increase market share in SEA and ANZ regions
- Manage and develop regional teams to align with business requirements and regional strategy, fostering people development and capability building
- Establish and control business processes to ensure efficient team management based on compliance and ethical standards
- Direct all business activities in SEA and ANZ to achieve regional price realization, profit, and productivity goals with a focus on both short-term and long-term financial and operational objectives
- Represent the Business Unit in engagements with major customers, vendors, distributors, and governmental agencies to strengthen business relationships
- Participate as a key member of the Asia Pacific regional management team in strategic decision-making processes
- Oversee SEA and ANZ office operations including administration, human resource management, and finance & accounting monitoring to ensure smooth and systematic functioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications
- University degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience managing sales across SEA and ANZ regions in Data Center, commercial construction, and Chemical industry markets
- Service and solution selling experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills to build professional relationships internally and externally and foster team collaboration
- Ability to make timely, effective decisions and take necessary actions to achieve desired business outcomes
