Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager (Marketing & Outreach) to support student recruitment and admissions activities for a range of graduate programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Graduate Studies Office central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
To provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels.
Working with various program under Graduate Studies Office to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
Support the Graduate Studies Office to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation
Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma, preferably in Visual Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Must have prior experience in creating of visuals, EDMs
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or student recruitment.
Strong skills in social media marketing, content marketing, and event management.
Proficient in visual content creation tools and Microsoft Office.
Able to work after-office hours/ weekend when required
People-oriented and enjoys connecting with new people
Salary Range: $4,000 – $5,000 (commensurate with experience)
Duration: 1-year contract position with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role, depending on performance and headcount availability.
