A media marketing agency in Singapore is seeking two Senior Associates to manage client accounts and internal teams. The role involves developing work scopes, managing deliverables, and ensuring team communication and collaboration. Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,000 [ No AWS / VB ]
At least 4-6 years of management experiences in marketing agency or related business in Public Relations, Media or Studio Management.
Ideal candidates must familiar with all aspects from Team Management, Client Management, Brands Communications, Public Relations, Peer Fellowship and Business Management.
Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including schedules and budgets, using the correct tools (i.e. Microsoft Project, Excel) and with regard to client and agency needs / expectations.
Manage contract deliverables, account schedule and budget and ensure account progress from goal and deliverables from conception to completion including change management.
Have a working knowledge of the workflows for media liaison, associates management tools
Guide teams on mitigating risks on projects / account
Enforce quality control processes in each project / account
Ability to manage Singapore & Malaysia clientele directly or with partner agency
Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials / documentation when necessary.
Demonstrate good judgment in choosing methods of communication that are most effective and efficient (e.g. team meetings, in-person visits, phone calls, email)
Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times; demonstrate good judgment during escalation process.
Collaborate and coach key account associates to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to scope and progress in schedule and budget

Evaluate and identify key strategic actions/tools kits to develop the team / company
Assist in strategic discussion/proposal with new clients (project basis / retainer)
Through good work and harvest leads for potential business growth
