Roles & Responsibilities
[Key Responsibilities]
1. Global Short-Video Growth
- Plan and execute content strategy, scripting and distribution for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Produce multi-format content: product demos, unboxing, comparison tests, AI workflow showcases, lifestyle storytelling, etc.
- Build and manage a global brand account matrix with consistent daily / weekly / monthly content output.
- Identify global content trends and build continuous viral content capabilities.
- Track performance metrics (views, engagement, retention, conversion) and optimize accordingly.
2. Global KOL / KOC Collaboration (Influencer Marketing)
- Identify, evaluate and manage influencers worldwide (nano to mid-tier).
- Coordinate communication, content quality review, scheduling and ROI tracking.
- Build long-term relationships with tech reviewers, language-learning creators, and lifestyle influencers.
- Leverage influencer ecosystems to scale brand awareness and drive sales performance.
3. Brand Growth System Development
- Deeply understand AI hardware, software features and workflow capabilities to extract key value propositions.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual global brand growth plans.
- Build a full-funnel growth loop: Content → Attention → Traffic → Conversion → Sales.
- Refine brand positioning, storytelling, visual identity and messaging to ensure global consistency.
4. Advertising & Sales Conversion (Ads & Conversion)
- Support TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads strategy and execution.
- Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC and propose data-driven optimization.
- Improve e-commerce and website conversion through content-led funnels.
- Build content-driven sales models (influencer-driven conversion, short-video-driven conversion, etc.).
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product, design, video, operations, and regional teams.
- Ensure content localization for US, EU, JP, and SEA markets.
- Support PR events, trade shows, channel activations and global launch campaigns.
Requirements
Must-have
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, content, social media or growth-related roles.
- Hands‑on experience with TikTok, YouTube, IG short‑video platforms.
- Understanding of KOL/KOC ecosystems and influencer marketing workflows.
- Passion for AI, consumer electronics and content‑driven growth.
- Strong execution, ownership and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Chinese and/or Japanese will be an advantage, as the role works closely with creators and partners in Chinese- and Japanese‑speaking markets.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in AI, tech, or consumer electronics marketing.
- Experience with global influencer campaigns.
- Knowledge of Ads optimization and analytics.
- Ability to script or create short videos.
