Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Retail Supervisor to provide excellent customer service at Changi Airport's Transit Terminal 3. The role involves interacting with customers, generating new business, and handling after-sales services. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and a proven ability to manage customer complaints effectively. Working days are five days per week in rotating shifts, with a salary range of $2500 - $2800.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and customer service.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service.
- Generate new businesses through walk-ins or phone inquiries.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
