A leading property management company in Singapore is looking for a qualified individual to lead the M&E Operations and Maintenance Technicians team. The role involves overseeing the maintenance of various building systems and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial building environment, alongside strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in maintaining M&E building systems, preferably in a commercial building environment.
• Strong team player with good planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with integrity, proactiveness, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E Operations and Maintenance Technicians team.
• Ensure timely completion of M&E work orders.
• Monitor, track, and oversee all M&E AEI/upgrading projects.
