Qualifications

  • Strong actuarial background in health insurance pricing, underwriting, or portfolio management.
  • Proven leadership experience, ideally across multiple markets or regional scope.
  • Advanced modelling and analytical skills; proficiency in actuarial/statistical software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the regional technical team (pricing, product pricing, data).
  • Oversee tailored quotes (group underwriting), ensuring quality and competitiveness.
  • Strengthen actuarial rigour in product pricing and portfolio reviews.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and propose proactive adjustments.
