The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in membership-based organizations. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with accounting software and Excel are necessary. - Ensure accurate billing for monthly subscriptions and other charges.
- Handle members' billing queries promptly.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
- Generate deductions and prepare bank reconciliations on time.
- Prepare bank reconciliations accurately and on time.
