Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Network Operations with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

• Technical experience with major brands such as Cisco and Palo Alto.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Network Operations team to ensure 24/7 support.
• Oversee NOC activities including monitoring and incident resolution.
• Identify service improvement opportunities.
