APAC FP&A Leader: Strategic Finance & Growth
Job summary
A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the APAC region. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management while partnering with senior management to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in FP&A or regional finance roles and possesses strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency with Excel and BI tools is essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are also necessary.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ progressive experience in FP&A or regional finance roles.
- Hands-on, proactive, able to operate effectively within a lean environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full FP&A cycle for APAC, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Deliver regional performance analysis with insights for management.
- Drive financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
