Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across the region.
  • Organise training initiatives in collaboration with Country MDs.
  • Implement global talent management initiatives.
  • Oversee the Talent Management Program in SEA.
  • Administer Employee Engagement Surveys.
  • Manage the Learning Management System.
  • Develop onboarding programs and core training curriculums.
  • Identify opportunities for employee development.

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Working in close collaboration with the Regional Lead, develops,implementsand manages Learning and Development initiatives in the region to create a learning environment that will build up capabilities and competencies of the employees in delivering business outcomes that will positivelyimpactIncoming Orders, Revenue and EBIT;
  • Leads efforts across the region to conduct training needs analysis and works with Country HR Managers to recommend (cost) effective Learning and Development options in the form of Training Plan to meet specific business needs of the organization in line with Company strategies;
  • Working in close collaboration with Country MDs and HR Managers, organises and rolls out learning and development initiatives such as in-house training, external training or other forms of developmental efforts ensuring consistency and quality of outcomes;
  • Works with Corporate HQ on global initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, etc, and follows through on the implementation of such programs across SEA
  • Oversees the Talent Management Program in SEA and works closely with Country MDs and HR Managers to have a robust development program ensuring that their potential is fully reached and organizational capability is enhanced
  • Oversees and co‑coordinates the Employee Engagement Surveys in the region, in close cooperation with Corporate HR;
  • Oversees the Learning Management System in the region.
  • Oversees the development of consistent on‑boarding program and some other core curriculum training for employees such as Code of Business Conduct across the region;
  • Implements other learning and development initiatives to identify and develop the potential of employees working closely with Country MDs and HR Managers;
  • To identify opportunities for learning and development opportunities as part of continuous improvement;
  • Oversees and co‑coordinates the appraisal process in the region;
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business, Human Resource or any other relevant Discipline or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Management
