A prominent educational institution in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Business Development Manager to enhance partnerships and student enrolment. The role includes managing corporate collaborations, planning educational events, and executing business tie-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, event planning experience, and an understanding of the education sector's admissions processes.
The Deputy Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving partnerships, brand visibility, and student enrolment growth for the school. This role involves building strategic collaborations with corporates, preschools, and agents, managing educational events, and ensuring the school maintains a strong presence in both local and international markets. The incumbent will also oversee the execution of business tie-ups, corporate engagement activities, and lead acquisition initiatives to support overall admissions targets.
Build, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of all partnership accounts (new and existing).
Negotiate and finalize discount structures, ensuring proper documentation through MOUs.
Liaise with organizations to facilitate Leadership Lecture Series, Internship, and Mentorship projects for students.
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with agents to drive student enrolments.
Coordinate and participate in overseas education fairs in collaboration with agents and partners.
