Job summary

  • Position: Inside Sales Executive (Account Servicing) - Japanese Language

  • Location: Loyang

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Metal stamping service

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand sales activities with Japanese customers and partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales within the manufacturing sector

  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, costing, and price negotiations

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing Japanese clients through regular communication, meetings, and follow-up

  • Understand customer requirements and provide timely feedback to internal teams

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service improvement initiatives

  • Prepare monthly sales reports, sales forecasts, and market trend analysis

  • Monitor market trends in the automotive/electronics/manufacturing industry

  • Provide feedback on competitors’ activities, pricing, and customer requirements

  • Translate and interpret Japanese documents, emails, and meeting discussions when required

  • Act as a communication bridge between Japanese clients and local teams
